An unique dish, very tasty and vegetarian based on chickpeas which can replace the classic hamburger meat.
I cook gluten Free version with sandwich and chips. Everything is perfect for us with celiac disease.

Drain the chickpeas from their liquid and wash well under running water.
Take a kitchen Blender. Put the chickpeas, chopped onion, parsley, some needle of Rosemary, Salt (quantum satis), a little nutmeg. Blend it all.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add a little flour.
Mix and add the grated cheese.
Form the chickpea burgers with hands (slightly greased with oil) or use a tool to make hamburgers (as I make).
Add a drop of oil to the dough if you used the tool.
Place the burgers on the plate lined with baking paper – add few oil drops over.
Bake in the preheated oven for chickpea burgers 20 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking. The burgers should be golden brown.
Cut into two parts the bread for hamburgers; put in the oven for 2 minutes or over a hot grill.
Arrange in the dish and everyone at the table.
